Lin is a experienced actuary with a diverse background in pricing, reserving, and predictive modeling. As a pioneer in her field, she successfully established the first-ever actuarial team at Lyft. Lin's expertise extends to building insurance & reinsurance solutions, supporting financial forecasting and reporting, as well as developing modeling solutions for safety products.
Before Lyft, Lin worked at multiple companies including Verisk/ISO, AIG and Amerian Family Insurance. Lin holds a MS in Actuarial Science from University of Wisconsin - Madison, and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
